POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD

2. ORIGEN DE LOS DATOS
Los datos tratados por Fundación para las finalidades enumeradas en la presente Política de Privacidad provienen del propio usuario por haber sido puestos a disposición por Fundación.
3. OBLIGACIÓN DE PROPORCIONAR LOS DATOS
Suele ser obligatorio facilitar los datos solicitados en formularios del Sitio web (a menos que se especifique lo contrario en el campo requerido) para cumplir con los fines establecidos.
Por tanto, si estos no se proporcionan o son incorrectos, no podrán tratarse, sin que esto afecte a la libre visualización del contenido del Sitio web.
4. FINES Y LEGITIMACIÓN DEL TRATAMIENTO
El Responsable del Tratamiento tratará los datos personales proporcionados a través del Sitio web para los siguientes propósitos:
· Gestionar las consultas y sugerencias de los usuarios a través del apartado “Contact” de la Web, siendo la base del tratamiento el consentimiento expreso del Usuario.
· Supervisar el uso del Sitio web y permitir la descarga de nuestros contenidos, siendo la base legitimadora del tratamiento el interés legítimo de Fundación. El objetivo es controlar la calidad del Sitio Web y controlar a los accesos a GMS a través de los canales oficiales, es decir, responde la necesidad de Fundación de controlar y proteger el contenido publicado en la web, así como a funcionamiento de la misma. Por lo tanto, el usuario se beneficiará de un funcionamiento adecuado del Sitio Web.
· La Fundación podrá hacer uso de los datos de navegación de los usuarios para valorar el funcionamiento y calidad de este y la realización de análisis de esta información para mejorar los servicios, a través de cookies analíticas, siempre y cuando se haya consentido la instalación de las mismas.
· Facilitar acceso a través del apartado “Apply here”, a la Plataforma Grant Management System (GMS), siendo la base legitimadora la ejecución de la relación precontractual.
5. CATEGORÍAS DE DATOS
El Responsable del Tratamiento tratará las siguientes categorías de datos de los usuarios:
· Datos identificativos: nombre, apellidos,
· Datos de contacto: dirección de correo electrónico, número de teléfono.
· Datos de navegación
6. DESTINATARIOS
Los datos de Usuarios no se revelarán a terceros. Si fuera necesario, el Responsable del Tratamiento le solicitará su consentimiento antes de transferir sus datos a terceros.
Además, los proveedores del Responsable del Tratamiento de datos podrían acceder a estos datos cuando fuera necesario para el cumplimiento adecuado de obligaciones legales o para los fines indicados anteriormente. Estos proveedores no tratarán sus datos para fines propios.
7. TRANSFERENCIAS INTERNACIONALES DE DATOS
La Fundación no realiza transferencias internacionales de datos a otros países. En relación con los terceros identificados en el apartado 7 puede consultarse las comunicaciones o cesiones de datos previstas.
8. ALMACENAMIENTO DE DATOS
Los datos de las distintas categorías de usuarios serán conservados hasta que finalicen las finalidades para las que los datos fueron recogidos, o revoque su consentimiento expreso, salvo aquellos para los que exista una obligación legal de conservarlos por un tiempo superior
Igualmente, en caso de disponer de datos que, por la característica de los mismos, aplique una normativa específica o plazos determinados, como implica la recogida de datos vinculados a las cookies, serán conservados por el tiempo establecido en la misma.
9. RESPONSABILIDAD DEL USUARIO
El usuario garantiza que es mayor de dieciocho (18) años y que los datos que facilita a Fundación son verdaderos, exactos, completos y actualizados. A estos efectos, el usuario responde de la veracidad de todos los datos que comunique y mantendrá convenientemente actualizada la información facilitada, de tal forma que responda a su situación real.
En todo caso, el usuario será responsable de las informaciones falsas o inexactas que proporcione a través de la Plataforma y de los daños y perjuicios, directos o indirectos, que ello cause a Fundación o a terceros.
10. COOKIES
Utilizamos cookies (pequeños archivos de texto que se almacenan en su navegador) y otras técnicas como balizas web (pequeños archivos de imagen clara que sirven para detectar sus movimientos en nuestro sitio web). 11. EJERCICIO DE DERECHOS
Como el usuario puede enviar un escrito a Fundación, a las direcciones indicadas en el encabezado de la presente Política de Privacidad, acreditando su identidad, en cualquier momento y de manera gratuita, para ejercer los siguientes derechos:
a) Derecho de Acceso: Tendrá derecho a que Fundación le informe sobre si está tratando o no sus datos personales y, en tal caso, poder acceder a dichos datos y recibir información sobre los fines para los que son tratados, las categorías de datos afectados por el tratamiento, los destinatarios a los que se comunicaron sus datos personales y el plazo previsto de conservación de los datos, entre otra información.
b) Derecho de Rectificación y Supresión: Tendrá derecho a solicitar la supresión de datos personales siempre que se cumplan los requisitos legales, y la rectificación de los datos inexactos que le conciernan cuando, entre otros motivos, éstos ya no sean necesarios para los fines para los que fueron recogidos.
c) Limitación del tratamiento, revocación del consentimiento y oposición total o parcial al tratamiento: En determinadas circunstancias (por ejemplo, en caso de que el solicitante impugne la exactitud de sus datos, mientras se verifica la exactitud de los mismos), podrá solicitar que se limite el tratamiento de sus datos personales, siendo estos únicamente tratados para el ejercicio o la defensa de reclamaciones. También tendrá derecho a revocar el consentimiento prestado y a oponerse al tratamiento en cualquier momento, por motivos relacionados con su situación particular, en caso de que el tratamiento esté basado en nuestro interés legítimo o en el interés legítimo de un tercero (incluyendo el tratamiento que tenga por objeto la mercadotecnia directa y la elaboración de los correspondientes perfilados). En este caso, Fundación cesará en el tratamiento, salvo acreditación de motivos legítimos.
d) Portabilidad de sus datos: Tendrá derecho a recibir los datos personales que haya facilitado a Fundación en un formato estructurado, común y de lectura mecánica, y a poder transmitirlos a otro responsable del tratamiento sin que el responsable al que se los hubiera facilitado se lo impida, en los supuestos legalmente previstos a estos efectos.
e) Decisiones individuales automatizadas: Asimismo, además de los derechos mencionados, en caso de que se adopten decisiones automatizadas, incluida la elaboración de perfiles, tendrá derecho a obtener intervención humana por parte de Fundación y a expresar su punto de vista y a impugnar la decisión.
f) Otros: Igualmente, cuando se transfieran datos personales a un tercer país o a una organización internacional, tendrá derecho a ser informado sobre cómo se puede acceder u obtener copia de las garantías adecuadas relativas a la transferencia.
Asimismo, podrá interponer una reclamación relativa a la protección de sus datos personales ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos en la dirección C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001, Madrid, cuando el interesado considere que Fundación ha vulnerado los derechos que le son reconocidos por la normativa aplicable en protección de datos.
12. MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD
El Responsable del Tratamiento establecerá las medidas técnicas y organizativas necesarias para garantizar la seguridad de sus datos y evitar cambios, pérdidas, procesamientos y accesos no autorizados, en vista del estado de la tecnología, la naturaleza de los datos almacenados y los riesgos a los que estén expuestos.
Se requerirá el respeto y cumplimiento de estas condiciones a toda persona que acceda, navegue o utilice el Sitio web. Si no acepta los términos aquí establecidos, no acceda, navegue ni use ninguna página de este Sitio web.
13. CAMBIOS
Fundación se reserva el derecho de revisar su Política de Privacidad en el momento que lo considere oportuno, en cuyo caso se comunicará a los usuarios. Por esta razón, rogamos a .los usuarios que comprueben de forma regular esta política para conocer la versión más reciente.

2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT
The data processed by the Fundación for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy come from the user himself/herself as they are provided by the Fundación.
3. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE DATA
Data requested in Website forms are generally mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the requested field) to comply with the stated purposes.
Therefore, if these are not provided or not provided correctly, they may not be addressed, without affecting the free display of the Website content.
4. PURPOSES AND LAWFUL BASIS
The personal data provided through the Website will be processed by Data Controller for the following purposes:
· Manage queries and suggestions from users through the “Contact” section of the Website, being the legitimate basis for the processing the express consent of the User.
· To monitor the use of the Website and allow the downloading of our contents, being the legitimate interest of the Fundación the legitimate basis of the processing. The objective is to control the quality of the Website and to control access to GMS through official channels, i.e. it responds to the Fundación’s need to control and protect the content published on the Website, as well as the functioning of the Website. Therefore, the user will benefit from the correct and appropriate running of the Website.
· Fundación may use the browsing data of users to assess the operation and quality of this and the analysis of this information to improve services, through analytical cookies, provided that you have consented to the installation of the same.
· Facilitate access through the “Apply here” section, to the Grant Management System (GMS) Platform, being the legitimate basis the execution of the pre-contractual relationship.
5. DATA CATEGORIES
The Data Controller will process the following categories of user data:
· Identifying data: name, surname.
· Contact details: email address, telephone number.
· Browsing data
6. RECIPIENTS
The User data may not be disclosed to a third party. If necessary, prior to transfer to third parties your data, Data controller will request your consent.
In addition, data may be accessed by Data Controller’ suppliers, when this is required for proper compliance with legal obligations and/or for the purposes indicated above. These providers will not process your data for own purposes.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF DATA
The Fundación does not carry out international data transfers to other countries. In relation to the third parties identified in section 7 you can consult the planned communications or transfers of data.
8. DATA STORAGE
The data of the different categories of users will be retained until the purposes for which the data were collected end, or you revoke your express consent, except for those for which there is a legal obligation to retain them for a longer period.
Likewise, in the case of data which, due to the nature of the same, is subject to specific regulations or time limits, such as the collection of data linked to cookies, it will be kept for the term established therein.
9. USER LIABILITY
The user guarantees that he/she is over eighteen (18) years of age and that the data provided to the Fundación is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. To this effect, the user is responsible for the veracity of all the data provided and will keep the information provided suitably updated, in such a way that it corresponds to his/her real situation.
In any case, the user will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided through the Platform and for any damages, direct or indirect, that this may cause to the Fundación or to third parties.

11. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
As the user may send a written communication to Fundación, at the addresses indicated in the heading of this Privacy Policy, evidencing their identity, at any time and free of charge, to exercise the following rights:
a) Right of Access: You will have the right to be informed by Fundación whether or not it is processing your personal data and, if so, to be able to access such data and receive information on the purposes for which they are processed, the categories of data affected by the processing, the recipients to whom your personal data were communicated and the expected period of retention of the data, among other information.
b) Right of Rectification and Deletion: You will have the right to request the deletion of personal data provided that the legal requirements are met, and the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you when, among other reasons, these are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

Likewise, you may lodge a complaint regarding the protection of your personal data with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001, Madrid, when the interested party considers that Fundación has violated the rights that are recognised by the applicable data protection regulations.

Data Controller will implement necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data and prevent unauthorized changes, loss, processing or access, in view of the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and risks to which they are exposed.
The observance and fulfilment of these conditions will be required in relation to any person who accesses, navigates or uses the Website. If you do not agree with the terms set out, do not access, navigate, or use any page on the Website.
13. CHANGES
The Fundación reserves the right to revise its Privacy Policy from time to time as it deems appropriate, in which case users will be notified. For this reason, we ask users to regularly check this policy for the latest version.

The user declares to have been informed of the conditions on personal data protection, accepting the content of this Privacy Policy.
