Exploring gene regulatory DNA in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia to improve patient outcomes

Aim of the project
My project investigates how previously unexplored DNA alterations affect B lymphocyte formation, potentially causing diseases. Utilizing novel experimental and computational methods, I aim to discover new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia to improve patient outcomes.
